DOMINIC J. CATRAMBONE


Dom is the Chief Investment Officer of Tier One Risk Management and is responsible for all of the firm's investment activities.  He is a co-founder of the firm and serves on the Executive and Compliance Committees.  Prior to starting Tier One, he was the CEO/CIO at Volshares ETF's, where he lead their premier fund to number one status for performance in 2019.  Dom's experience spans portfolio management, trading, operations, asset management, alternatives (traded and non-traded), financial advisory administration, investment management and volatility management.

• La Salle University with a dual Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing & Management.

• Held FINRA series 7, 66, 31 life, health annuities securities licenses.
